To nominate yourself or someone else for one of the
awards just complete
the normal form for telling us about your or their retirement
and tick the box for automatic nomination.
There are some
fantastic prizes for local and national winners from Warner Breaks
and the other sponsors of the Challenge.
Nominations can be input from 1st March up to 30th
September 2007.
Nominees who go forward to the
Challenge awards must be over 50. Nominations may be made by anyone
aged over 18. Nominations must be received no later than the 30th
September 2007.
Entries will be judged by an independent panel of judges whose
decision will be final. Discussion with nominees and verification
may be required as part of this process.
There will be 5 regional winners who
will each receive a fantastic Warner Break prize.
From these there will be 3 national finalists selected, from
which one overall winner will be chosen. The winners will each
receive an enhanced break package as well as additional prizes.
Awards will be made in November 2007.
