This, say the publishers, is one book which will change attitudes and encourage even the most reluctant man to visit the doctor. 90 days to stress-free living    By C.  Norman Shealy

As well as a personal Stress Assessment Test, you get a full 90-day programme of exercises, diet, relaxation and positive thinking, just as the title suggests. Be warned - stress in this context includes ‘chemical’, which means you have to assess your intake of sugar, salt, caffeine, even your proximity to soil and air pollution. But the daily instructions are simple and carefully graded, and the feelgood/positive thinking exercises are useful and may really  increase lagging willpower. As a way to give yourself a physical and mental overhaul, it can’t be bad for just over a tenner.
