                THE BALANCE

      By Oz Garcia

Each year -in America alone – 28.5 billion dollars are spent on diet and weight loss programs, yet obesity, as an epidemic, continues to grow.  Oz Garcia, health and fitness authority, promises a solution to the problems in his book The Balance.

He says that the reason many of us are overweight, depressed, fatigued, stressed and generally unwell is that we are eating precisely the wrong foods at precisely the wrong time.  Garcia provides personalized plans to correct metabolic imbalances and bring the body into better balance.

He has been nutritional consultant to celebrities and models, and begins with the inevitable questionnaire to determine fast, slow or mixed burning metabolism.  Then you follow the prescribed diet and supplement plan for, it is hoped, optimal health and fitness plus of course permanent weight loss.

The Balance, by Oz Garcia, is published by Vega, priced 6.99.
