We did not start with a web site, which in the way we trade is unnecessary,
although
now we do have our own web site, which we developed ourselves.
Such
assistance that was offered was found to be of such general nature as to
be worthless,
and many “Ecommerce experts” who offered advice to us
had never
in fact sold anything on the Internet and wanted to charge a
fortune
for their “advice”. This unfortunately is still true today.
Our company
now has a six-figure turnover and sells high quality collectibles
throughout
the world, which include products manufactured by leading British
companies
such as Royal Doulton, Wedgwood and Royal Worcester.
Our customers
include judges, generals, doctors, nurses, directors, farmers.
It makes us
very annoyed when we read or hear distressing stories of other
mature
citizen's financial plight, but we know that many, with a little help from
their
friends, can do something about it, as we have done. Of course we
recognize
that not everyone will want to trade on the Internet but many,
we are sure,
would find such experience not only very profitable but very
rewarding.

use the many skills that they have learnt in life and will make
new friends
all over the world. One of our American customers took us to
lunch in
Harrods last year, another has asked us to stay with them for a
holiday in
the US. When we started five years ago we could not get
any
financial backing, not even an overdraft. However, having solved
all the
problems, we want to try to help others to get out of their plight.
Following our
many appearances on TV and in the national press, we have
received
hundreds of enquiries from others who would like the chance
emulate our
success, especially from the over 50s. We have designed a
short seminar
that teaches how to trade on the Internet with minimal
financial
investment. It is our boast that anyone who attends our seminars
and can send
an email will be able to trade on the Internet within 10 days.
Our seminars
adopt a down to earth approach and do not concentrate on web site design or search engine
strategies. They are based upon our own very successful trading company Spiderweb
Ltd. We show delegates not only how to trade, but also what items to market and how
to reduce costs by using some of the tricks of the trade that we use.
We would
expect all delegates to achieve an annual turnover of £25,000 in their first year,
with a net profit of 25per cent, with little if any financial investment, just as we did
six years ago.
We would
emphasis that we are not seeking any financial investment in our
company nor
are we promoting any Get-Rich-Quick schemes such as multi-level
marking or
chain letters, etc. Our seminars are called "Let's Get Trading" and
are normally
limited to 25-30 people per seminar.
