“BARNYARD”
What happens in the barn stays in the barn…
~ You gotta MOOOve fast to get this cheeky
comedy for all the family on DVD from 19th February 2007! ~
Get ready to join the original party animals when the £5
million Box Office hit, Barnyard, comes home to roost on DVD on
19th February 2007. Come along with Otis, a carefree party cow,
who together with his farm friends, enjoys singing, dancing,
eating pizza and playing tricks on humans when they’re not
looking. You’ll be laughing until the cows come home!
Giving audiences a hilarious insight into what really happens in
a barnyard when the farmer’s back is turned, this fun-filled DVD
adventure features an all-star voice cast including Kevin James,
Courtney Cox, Wanda Sykes, Danny Glover, Andie MacDowell and Sam
Elliot. The DVD also features a herd of outrageously fun bonus
materials including ‘Barnyard Bop,’ an all-new hoof-tapping,
uproarious music video exclusive to the DVD, that will have the
whole family boogying!
Barnyard is a light-hearted, coming of age tale about a father
and son relationship, centring around Otis (voiced by Kevin
James), a chilled-out cow who loves to party! Unlike his father
Ben (voiced by Sam Elliott), the respected patriarch of the
farm, and Miles, the wise old mule (voiced by Danny Glover),
Otis is unconcerned about keeping the animals’ humanlike talents
a secret. But when suddenly put in the position of
responsibility, the udderly irresponsible cow finds the courage
to be a leader. Joined by his other Barnyard friends, Daisy
(voiced by Courtney Cox), Bessy (voiced by Wanda Sykes) and Etta
the hen (voiced by Andie MacDowell) these animals will show you
that when the farmer’s away all the animals will play...
The fully loaded DVD is packed with bonus features including a
director, cast and animators’ commentary, deleted scenes, the
all-new, never-before-seen animated music video, Barnyard Bop,
as well as the hilarious Mud Music Video and the Boogying in the
Barn featurette. The DVD also features Method Acting with Kevin
James, a riotous behind-the-scenes look at how the actor mooo’ed
and chewed to prepare for his role.
A cheeky and naughty comedy, Barnyard is fresh, fun and unique,
providing an engaging new story line and a fun adventure the
whole family can enjoy. Full of surprises and laughter and
packed with singing, dancing and music, the party never ends in
Barnyard!
