Terms and Conditions of Entry
The draw is open to UK residents only and entrants must be aged over 18. Only 1 entry is allowed per person/email address. Entries must be received by midnight on the 15th June 2009. The winner will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by laterlife.com during the term of the competition. No correspondence will be entered into. laterlife.com accepts no responsibility for any entries or other communications that are late, incomplete, unintelligible, misdirected, lost due to disconnection, telephone systems or computer equipment or software failure or data loss. The winners will be notified personally by email, to the email address provided in the entry, within one week from the closing date.  No cash alternative is available and the prize is not transferable. Prizes must be claimed by 1 month after notification. Winners names may be published on the website. Submission of an entry will be taken as acceptance of the rules. Please note the competition is not open to laterlife.com employees, contributors, their families or anyone connected with the competition. Laterlife reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Additional Terms and Conditions for this Competition

1. The first valid entry drawn at random will receive 1 x pair of tickets to a special screening of Last Chance Harvey at Somerset House on 23/06/2009, to include glass of wine, £50 towards travel, to be provided in the form of a cheque.
2. Travel insurance not included.
3. Winner must be available to travel on 23/06/2009.
4. In the event that the Promoter is unable to make contact with a winner within 72 hours of the closing date, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any claim to a prize.
5. Only one entry per person.
6. By taking part in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any breach of these terms and conditions by the winner may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
7. All data collected will be for the sole purpose of this competition and will not be passed on to third parties or used for any other purpose.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties.
9. Prizes are non-refundable or transferable and are subject to availability.
10. There is no cash alternative.
11. In the event that a prize is unavailable it may be replaced by one of equal or greater value.
12. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
