The charming Ingalls family are back on your screens this year with the DVD release of LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE – SEASON 8, available from March 28, 2011 courtesy of Universal Playback.
Based on the popular "Little House" book series by Laura Ingalls-Wilder, Season 8 sees the return of the much loved family from Walnut Grove for more touching adventures with new trials and triumphs as we follow the enchanting light-hearted farming lives of Charles and Caroline Ingalls (Michael Landon and Karen Grassle), and their three young daughters; Mary, Laura and Carrie.
LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PRAIRIE – SEASON 8 offers a wonderful collection of new journeys and tales beginning with Nellie and Percival’s exciting move away from Plum Creek to the eventful New York city. However there are also hard times ahead for Laura and Almanzo’s budding marriage after his devastating stroke, whilst Charles and Mr. Edwards search to find the truth behind a mysterious death which is all too close to home.
