Whatever your circumstances, if you have the ability to connect with people over the phone – tactfully asking probing questions and listening carefully to responses – then we’re happy for you to name your hours. As long as there’s work to be done, it’s yours.

And if you haven’t worked in a contact centre before, no problem. We deal exclusively with people applying for jobs, answering questions, recording applications and conducting simple interviews – which means no selling, no targets and no cold calling.
