PA to CEO

Salary Negotiable

Boutique Recruitment Agency in the heart of Mayfair has a requirement for an experienced PA with bookkeeping skills to work on a Part Time basis for the CEO with an immediate start.

Duties will include, but not be limited to the following

• PA to CEO and Associate Director.
• Typing of correspondence, contracts and creating letters on behalf of the CEO.
• Responsible for the diary maintenance
• Providing full secretarial support.
• General bookkeeping, inclusive of directors expenses, sales invoicing and purchase Ledger payments
• Sourcing, matching and calling candidates for positions
• Writing and placing job advertisements
• Sending out mailshots
• Maintaining the database
• Ad hoc duties when required

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience of bookkeeping – ideally using Sage Line 50
• A background as a PA to Senior Management
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills
• The ability to communicate with clients and staff at all levels
• Looking for an experienced person to re-enter the working arena. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of a busy recruitment consultancy.
