Burning the Christmas calories
Fitness expert Josh Salzmann offers fast and effective
routines
“Some 85% of people mistakenly think running or cycling
is the best way to shift pounds, but you can get sensational
results
just doing a workout in
front of the TV”, says Josh.
|
“Even if it’s just for 10 minutes, it’s better than zero minutes.
Get yourself an exercise ball for sit-ups and squats, coupled with
push-ups on the floor.
|
|
“Use
water bottles to do arm-curls and when you hit the shops, get off
the bus two stops earlier and pat yourself on the back for carrying
those bags – you’ll have super-svelte arms.
“You have billions of things to do, so create a day-by-day plan
for the run-up to Christmas. Mark on your calendar, ‘rest days’ (when
you catch up on sleep), ‘fun days’ and ‘virtuous days’ (when you
exercise). Writing it down will give you the momentum to follow it
through.”
