Retirement Coaching and Retirement Counselling

The terms retirement coaching and retirement counselling imply 1-1 coaching or counselling. At Laterlife Learning we are specialists in Retirement. We provide retirement coaching and counselling as part of our Retirement Services but in general don’t recommend 1-1 coaching or counselling unless there is a very specific reason for doing so.

What we do recommend is doing a retirement workshop as part of a small group. The main reason for this is that planning your retirement is about thinking through what you want out of retirement in a number of different ways – this is partly based on your own thoughts and ideas but is enormously stimulated by hearing others’ ideas within a workshop.

We run both open and in-house pre-retirement workshops all round the UK. Our open workshops are typically run with between 6 – 12 participants, which creates an intimate and friendly atmosphere with plenty of discussion and humour.
