Age
Concern site. In their role as the National Council on Ageing they have lists of 100
organisations throughout the UK associated with Age Concern. They can help you find the
local desk who you can contact for information on how to enjoy life in your
area. And if you would like to help, there is a Get Involved section to look at, with
information on volunteering, donations, events, programmes, and campaigns. |

trifle slow but will connect you to a huge amount of information on whatever you want to
know about the UK government, legislation and your rights |

Association of Retired and Persons Over 50. Largest over 50s organisation in the UK,
the Association of Retired and Persons over 50 site contains information about ARP
associated societies and groups. Provides links to official sites of useful information
(BDA, DfEE, DSS, etc.). You can subscribe to ARP from this site and receive information on
the issues being campaigned for by ARP. |

Advice Service can offer advice for those approaching pensionable age or already receiving
a pension. If you are having problems you can find out how OPAS can help you, and get in
contact with them |

Information for Individuals, maintained by Delia Venables is a guide to sites offering
free legal advice on many issues, housing, wills, pensions, and much more. Extremely
comprehensive, there is a great deal to be found through this site especially if you're
after specific topics. |
