One to one outplacement programmes
The seminar and the one-to-one programmes, cover similar
ground. The one-to-one is considerably more in-depth and highly
tailored to the needs of the individual. For example, if the
individual has had a record of poor interview success, then more
time will be spent on this.
The one-to-one programme comes with full telephone and Email
support for a minimum of three months.
Support services includes the following:-
• Psychometric testing as/if required
• All supporting documentation
• ‘Your Job Search Made Easy’ book
• One-to-one meetings as required during the period ( usually 3
or 4 ) plus telephone support
• Access to research data and individuals
