Outplacement - Job Search Seminars
Seminars consist of a one day workshop plus 1 hour one-to-one
on the next day. They are applicable to staff up to ‘middle’ management
level.
 The one day workshop and follow up meeting is specifically
designed to cover many subjects at pace in a positive,
entertaining and practical manner. All people benefit from being
given the realities of the job market situation and their
expectations become very realistic after the day. The workshop
addresses their fears directly and does not try to underestimate
difficulties, but gives the candidates the tools to minimise the
problems that may lie ahead and become a first class candidate
if they follow the methodology.
All candidates receive a copy of Your Job Search Made Easy.
The workshop comes with full telephone and Email support for a
minimum of three months.
