experience of starting a business.

opportunities and risks and identify what further actions
you need to take.

Nature of the workshop

We cover the mechanics of starting a business but the

attributes to successfully run a business’, ‘identifying the
opportunities and risks’, and the key elements of your business
plan.
It’s a very interactive approach which really gets you
thinking about your proposed business and assessing what you
need to do before going ahead.
