A few facts about the 2 Triumph balloons:
The balloons are believed to be amongst the largest ever passenger balloons.
Each balloon holds 17 people, including the pilot
Both feature Liz Zara, the face and body of Triumph lingerie. Liz is American.
Including the basket and wires the heightof each balloon is 30.6m.....that's 16
times the heightof Liz!
The maximum diameter is 26.9m .... or 44 time the size of Liz's waist!
The balloons use approx 1,600m of fabric
Plus 9.4km of thread
They have a massive surface area of 2,177 sq m
Which equates to 23,600 bras worth of fabric.
The balloons made their debut at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta in 2005
